UAZ AMC - traditional terrain vehicle in new Czech conception

Development and preparation of this project of a new euro conception took part in the Czech Republic with an interest of specialized companies almost for almost 2 years. Their result is successful passing all prescribed homologated tests and high vehicle reliability, guaranteed by 2 years warranty. The results of long-times tests of vehicles UAZ AMC 3160 and 3162 have shown that these vehicles have very well done and solid construction, low costs at maintenance and thanks to new mounted drive - TD engine ANDORIA with gearbox EATON - it has low consumption and friendly to the environment. Vehicles UAZ AMC meet the needs of emissive norm EURO 3 and are ready for the use of a new engine ANDORIA E110 Di with injector system Common rail that meets emissive norm EURO 4 (valid from the year 2006 in Europe)

Utilization

Vehicles UAZ AMC are specialized for movement in difficult terrain conditions and also on roads. They have simple attested construction and they are developed with the respect to maximal operating reliability and service life up to now without electrical systems. In the Czech Republic you can now buy these vehicles in three new versions - five-door estate car body model 3160 (wheelbase 2400 mm with total weight 2565 kg) or model 3162 (wheelbase 2760 mm with total weight 2850 kg). Two-door body model 2360 (wheelbase 3000 mm with total weight 3200 kg), used as truck or chassis for superstructure. New models of vehicles UAZ AMC are for general - purpose with a modern design, excellent driving characteristics in terrain and with high useful value in comparison with start costs. Not only warden of neither engineering sites nor forestry or minining companies would use it but also thanks to its elegant look and cheap operation it will be a good companion to all off roadmen. It is a vehicle that will give you the security both in town and in tough and difficult situations or on places inaccessible for others.

Construction

There is spacious all metal body placed on classical ladder frame at all models of vehicles UAZ AMC with 4x4 drive. The chassis has two solid axles, front axle is cushioned with laid springs, and rear axle is cushioned with leaf springs. Axles are equipped with two double-acting hydraulic shock absorbers and stabilizers. The chassis is very flexible in terrain; together it can provide sufficient comfort at drive on the road. Vehicles of new generation are already equipped with steering servo.

By all these selected models the interior meets all ergonomic needs of a modern terrain vehicle. Vehicles UAZ AMC offer the following such as new dashboard, air distribution, effective heating, anatomic seats, enough space and perfect noise absorption.

Engine ANDORIA 4Cti90-1BE and a gearbox EATON TS5-21 in a combination with additional gearbox PRAGA had been chosen as a tested and efficient optimal drive unit. The engine is equipped with Bosch injector system, intercooler of pressed air and is supplied in two modifications at 66 or 75 kW. EATON 5-rate gearbox with direct gear control provides persistent drive on rear axles and together provides selectable assignment of 4x4 drive. It is equipped with two basic gears - road and terrain.
